Grilled Salmon with Honey-Ginger Sauce

1 salmon fillet (8 ounces)2 ounces hoisin saucePinch ground gingerPinch red pepper flakesPinch parsley flakes1 ounce honeyCombine hoisin sauce, ginger, red pepper, parsley and honey in small bowl; refrigerate overnight.Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a hot grill.Sear salmon on the grill on one side, just long enough to create criss-cross marks. Remove and place salmon on baking sheet, brush with hoisin mixture and cook 9-10 minutes or until done.While the fish cooks, heat excess sauce on the stove and pour over salmon when plating. Serve with steamed vegetables and rice or angel hair pasta.Serves one.Chef's note: For an artful garnish, heat 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a skillet. Add several pieces of Thai dried white noodles.
