5 fresh blueberries, plus more for garnish Splash of 7-Up Ice3 ½ ounces vanilla vodka ¼ ounce simple syrup Squeeze of lemon Lemon wheel for garnishIn a shaker, muddle (crush to extract juice) blueberries with 7-Up. Add ice, vodka, simple syrup and squeeze of lemon. Shake well and strain into a glass. Serve straight up or on the rocks, garnished with a lemon wheel or blueberries.Serves one.Note: To make simple syrup, bring ¨ cup sugar and ¨ cup water to a boil in a small sauce pot. Boil until the sugar is completely dissolved, then transfer to a plastic container and refrigerate until needed.
