Chicken Fajitas

Chicken Fajitas
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
8 flour tortillas (6-inch size)
Salsa
Mix lime juice with coriander and chili powder and pour over chicken. Add sliced vegetables mix well.
Spray pan with non-stick coating and stir-fry chicken and vegetables until done.
While chicken and vegetables cook, warm the tortillas in microwave about 50 seconds on HIGH or in non-stick skillet.
Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and serve with salsa.
Serves four.
Nutrition values per serving: 520 calories, 11 g fat, 58 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, 44 g protein, 95 mg cholesterol, 556 mg sodium.
