Fox Valley Aero Club to hold SWAP Meet Feb. 18

The Fox Valley Aero Club's 12th annual Radio Control SWAP Meet from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at Kane County Fairgrounds, 525 Randall Road, St. Charles. Admission is $5; free for children, age 12 and younger.

There will be more than 100 tables of RC goodies on display in the 15,000 square feet of trade show space at the Kane County Fairgrounds. After 1 p.m., there will be a small-scale indoor fun fly for those with their AMA cards.

The Fox Valley Aero Club SWAP Meet is the largest in the area and features every level of remote-control planes, helicopters, cars, drones, and boats. Come shop slightly used, but highly discounted engines, accessories, kits, and ready to fly planes. This is an opportunity to buy overstocked and leftover items from experienced hobbyists, dealers, and web vendors.

From as young as 10, all the way to the retired young at heart, there are bargains for everyone. If you enjoy the best deals, love to barter and bargain, come join them for the best savings or selling opportunities.
