Incoming Freshman Placement Test at Walther Christian Academy Jan. 4

Choose MORE for your child's future! Provide them with the opportunity to get MORE out of their four years of high school.

The first step for 8th grade students to become a part of the Walther Family is to take the Placement Test at Walther. On January 4 at 8am Walther will host its first Placement Test of 2014. There are several other opportunities to take the Walther Placement Test throughout the winter. Walther does not accept scores from other schools or use the Catholic HS Entrance Exam, Walther's Placement Test is unique and must be taken at Walther. Walther is located at 900 Chicago Avenue in Melrose Park.

Different high schools utilize different tests and procedures, this is how it works at Walther:

Preregistration is encouraged, but not required. Seating is limited.

Our Placement Test covers the basic core subjects of junior high.

Walther uses an innovative Placement Test that is computer based, not a traditional paper and pencil exam.

Walther's $30 Placement Test fee is applied toward your application costs, after acceptance.
