Residents have at least three public informational sessions available where they can learn in person about the health care options that are available through Get Covered Illinois as a result of the Affordable Care Act. Those who attend will learn more about terms such as "navigator" or "marketplace" and who is eligible to obtain health coverage. Plus, individuals will be available to provide detailed answers to questions about healthcare reform and local programs as well as how to complete the enrollment process needed to enter the new healthcare system.
