What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? I think butter is my favorite ingredient. It adds unmatched flavor to baked goods and a velvety richness to sauces.
Describe your style or approach to cooking. My style of cooking is pretty simple. I just like to use the best ingredients to get the maximum flavor out of whatever I make.
