What is your favorite ingredient and how do you like to use it? My newest favorite ingredient is cinnamon extract! It is amazing in a brownie.
Describe your style or approach to cooking. My style changes from dish to dish. If I'm looking for a visual effect or to impress someone I'll spend a lot of time and effort creating something awesome. If I'm just pleasing taste buds, I whip up delicious standard recipes, whether that includes store-bought short cuts or just adding different candy bars to a dessert.
Why do you want to be part of the Cook of the Week Challenge? I love a challenge and I love food. Although I'm an avid baker, I have been experimenting with more meal recipes and I'd love to do the Cook of the Week Challenge to see what I'm made of.
