Forum on state spending Tuesday in Vernon Hills
State Rep. Carol Sente, a Democrat from Vernon Hills, is hosting a budget and legislative forum from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, at the Laschen Community Center, 294 Evergreen Drive, Vernon Hills.
