Understanding your credit seminar

An Understanding Your Credit seminar will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, June 20, at the Indian Trails Library, 355 Schoenbeck Road, Wheeling. The seminar, hosted by State Rep. Carole Sente in cooperation with the Illinois Treasurer’s office, is intended to provide residents with tools to understand their credit report and learn ways to improve their credit. Participants also will learn what to do if errors are found in the credit report and ways to protect themselves against identify theft.
