Alliance Bible Church celebrates 40 years; name change

This April, Alliance Bible Church in Bartlett celebrates 40 years since they launched and began serving the communities of Bartlett and Hanover Park. Its Stearns Road location, near the border of the two towns, has given this church a unique and strategic location from which to strengthen relationships in both communities.

Alliance Bible Church has a history of serving and partnering with Hanover Township to meet the tangible needs of widows, shut-ins, and those who are struggling to care for their property. In recent years, the church turned its attention to local elementary schools by running an after-school program called "Crossroads" at Horizon Elementary in Hanover Park, and Sycamore Trails Elementary in Bartlett. While religiously-oriented in nature, Crossroads also creates environments for social connection and mentorship of students by community leaders.

In this fourth decade, Alliance Bible Church will mark a refocused commitment to making a measurable difference in the lives of their neighbors by changing their name to "Renovation Church." With this name change, Renovation Church looks forward to many more years of blessing the people of Bartlett, Hanover Park and surrounding communities.

Renovation Church is grateful to partner with the citizens of their corner of DuPage County for the sake of the overall wellness of this community we share.
