Ron Onesti shares business advice with Notre Dame College Prep students
Ron Onesti, longtime friend of ND's Italian teacher Laura Longano, recently visited Notre Dame College Prep's Italian classes to share his personal story and business advice: follow your passion and always find a way to meet a customer's needs.
Onesti is president and CEO of Onesti Entertainment and owner of the historic Arcada Theatre and the Des Plaines Theatre, as well as numerous local restaurants.
In addition, he is president of both Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans and the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame.
This month, Onesti travels to Rome, Italy, where he will meet with Italian President Sergio Mattarella and Pope Francis to discuss opportunities to celebrate Italian culture in the United States.
