Riverwalk Fine Art Fair returns to downtown Naperville Sept. 18-19

The Riverwalk Fine Art Fair returns on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 18-19, according to host and planner Naperville Art League.

The 36th annual event will be held in downtown Naperville along Jackson Street between Main and Eagle streets from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

"We are looking forward to an in-person event this year. Now that COVID restrictions have been lifted, we are prepared to welcome thousands of visitors as we showcase the talents of top artists from across the country and around the world," stated Debbie Venezia, director of Riverwalk Fine Art Fair. "To ensure everyone's safety, we will allow extra space between booths and will follow CDC guidelines for outdoor events."

More than 100 national and international artists will participate in the Naperville Art League's annual juried show.

The Riverwalk Fine Art Fair features a wide variety of art including paintings, jewelry, photography, ceramics, fiber, wood art, and more.

Naperville Art League, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is celebrating its 60th year. It offers hands-on art classes throughout the year for adults and children. The volunteer organization sponsored by membership dedicated to promoting and supporting the visual arts and encouraging artists within the community.

Stop by the Naperville Art League Fine Art Gallery to see the 60th anniversary exhibit going through Sept. 24 at the gallery, 508 N. Center St. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday to Friday.
