KRD invests in team member advisory training to benefit clients
KRD, a leading accounting and financial advisory CPA firm, announced the enrollment of its firm in the Mentor Plus Level 5 Advisory training program. This program is designed for proactive accountants who are seeking to deliver the kinds of services that help businesses understand their financial results and then set goals, and identify actions to improve them. The year-long training includes both online resources and firm coaching to help CPA firm team members apply the concepts to clients' goals.
The firm has made this year-long commitment at a time when many clients are still reeling from the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic and other changes in the way they do business. The time was right for KRD team members to learn new tools they can use immediately to help their clients achieve their business goals and prosper during change.
Program leader and Partner, Lauren Clawson, CPA said, "We are very excited to be part of this program and look forward to having new tools, skills, and ways of addressing any client challenges that might arise. Throughout the training, participants learn to ask different questions that uncover opportunities for helping their clients in all aspects of their business from: Level 1 - getting the basics right, to Level 2 - speaking the language of business, to Level 3 - mapping a plan from current results to desired outcomes, to Level 4 - associating measures with activities, and to Level 5 - continuous improvement.
