Attorney Joseph Vito Elevated to Partner at Lavelle Law

Schaumburg-based Lavelle Law has announced that attorney Joseph Vito has been made a Partner at the firm. Vito focuses primarily on personal injury cases along with work on litigation, real estate and election law cases.

Vito joined Lavelle Law in November of 2015. His career has included work at law firms and corporations. Vito received his B.A. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign before attending Chicago-Kent College of Law where he was awarded his J.D. He serves on the Board of Governors at the Northwest Suburban Bar Association.

"In the past five years Joe has played an instrumental role in building our personal injury practice group at Lavelle Law," said Managing Partner Ted McGinn. "He has been very successful in representing our clients in challenging cases and I am pleased to see him take this next step in his career by becoming a partner at this firm."

Vito serves as a Trustee on the Village Board in Wheeling and is the Past-President of the Greater Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce.
