Lavelle Law Welcomes Attorney Taylor Lemick

Lavelle Law announced the latest addition to its Schaumburg office, attorney Taylor Lemick. She joined the firm's Business Law practice group on September 1.

"I look forward to working alongside the well-respected attorneys at Lavelle Law," said Lemick. "The firm has a strong reputation for serving both clients and the community, and I am excited to contribute to the great work they are doing."

Lemick comes from Gardi & Haught, where she represented private companies and corporations in mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, cybersecurity, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, international trade and general corporate matters. Prior to that, she served as Corporate Counsel to Intersect Industries International. Lemick earned her bachelor's, master's and J.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

"We are very excited to have Taylor on our team," said Managing Partner Ted McGinn. "Our Business Law practice group will be strengthened thanks to the expertise she brings, and we’re grateful to be able to grow our team in order to broaden the range of legal services we provide."

In addition to her client case load, Lemick also volunteers for the American Cancer Society and offers pro bono legal services to her community.
