The Glenbard Parent Series Navigating Healthy Families will present the webinar "Under Pressure: Managing Stress, Anxiety and Parenting Under COVID-19" with psychotherapist Dr. Lisa Damour at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16.

Use this link to log in from your computer, phone, or tabletglenbard.zoom.us/j/83345073350.

Questions will be taken at the close of the program, or you may email gilda_ross@glenbard.org by 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15. A recording will be available at glenbardgps.org two days after the event.

Damour returns to the Glenbard Parent Series to examine the science of stress and anxiety, and offer practical tools to best manage emotional overload. Learn how to keep pressure and tension from reaching toxic levels and how to parent adolescents effectively today. Damour's insights will allow each of us to keep anxiety manageable during these difficult times.

Damour is the author of The New York Times bestseller "Untangled: Guiding Teenage Girls Through the Seven Transitions into Adulthood." Her latest book is "Under Pressure: Confronting the Epidemic of Stress and Anxiety in Girls." Her teaching is equally applicable to boys as well.
