Donate blood, get a Noodles coupon

This August, blood donors in Illinois can fill up on good feelings and great food by making a lifesaving blood donation.

Versiti Blood Center of Illinois is partnering with Noodles World Kitchen to provide coupons in appreciation for blood donations.

Each coupon is valid for a free entree with the purchase of a drink. Blood donors can redeem the coupon by visiting the Noodles website:

• Download the NoodlesREWARDS app at www.noodles.com/rewards/;

• Sign up and complete your profile;

• Click "More" in the bottom right of the app, then click "Promo Code" and enter your code;

• Coupons will be accepted in Noodles stores via the app only.

The coupons will be presented to donors at all Versiti Blood Center of Illinois donor centers and community blood drives. Donor center locations include:

• Aurora, 1200 N. Highland Ave.

• Bloomingdale, 204 Gary Ave.

• Crystal Lake, 6296 Northwest Hwy.

• DeKalb, 2428 Sycamore Road.
