Glenbard Parent Series Dec. 2 webinar: Find Your Future at College Night

The Equity and Inclusion Committee, Families United in Support of Excellence and Equity of all Students Especially Those That Identity as African American or Black (FUSE), and Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee/Glenbard Parent Series-Spanish will present "Find Your Future at College Night" at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, via Zoom.

This webinar will focus on helping families navigate the numerous steps involved in career and college planning, as well as information about paying for college. Presenters will share strategies to support students' academic transitions to higher education. Panelists, including Susanna Melón, assistant director of student services for English learners and equity, will discuss what families can expect from each stage of the college admissions process. Families will learn the role of grades, test scores and work experience, as well as well as college admission updates due to COVID-19.
