Nutty Overnight Pudding

For the oats:

1 ripe banana, peeled and smashed

1/3 cup regular oats

¾ cup almond milk

2 tablespoons chia seeds

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon nut butter

For the toppings:

Sliced fruit, maple syrup to drizzle, granola, coconut flakes or dark chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Cover and place in fridge overnight. In the morning, top with nut butter, a drizzle of syrup or sprinkle with cinnamon or any other topping.
