Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

1 cup rolled oats

1 1/3 cup water

1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 apple, diced

1 banana, sliced

Heat the rolled oats with water until simmering, then stir in almond milk and cinnamon. Simmer and stir until oats have cooked completely; about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in apples and bananas. Serve immediately.
