Nutella/Biscoff Currant Won Ton

8 won ton wrappers

2 teaspoons chocolate-hazelnut spread

2 teaspoons creamy Biscoff cookie spread

½ cup dried currants

Take 4 won ton wrappers and put ½ teaspoon hazelnut spread in the center; top each with 3 to 4 currants. Take 4 won ton wrappers and put ½ teaspoon of Biscoff in the center; top with 3 or 4 currants.

Fold won ton in half on the diagonal and pinch off edges and seal using a dab of water or egg white.

Fry in deep fryer or pan fry until light gold.

Serves four to eight.
