Here's a diet plan if your 2013 resolution is already broken

DUPAGE COUNTY—Healthy Weight Week is January 13-19 and the DuPage County Health Department wants to educate residents on how to maintain a healthy weight and have a positive body image.

Healthy Weight Week is a time to celebrate healthy, diet-free living habits that can last a lifetime and prevent eating disorders.

By the third week in January, many people may have already broken their New Year's resolutions and they are trying to find balance in their lives again after the holidays. Healthy Weight Week encourages people to ditch the diets and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle no matter what your weight.

Instead of attempting impossible diets that are unhealthy, try living in a way that you will be able to maintain. A simple, easy way to live a healthy life and maintain a healthy weight is by following the 54321GO! Message:

5: Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables every day.

4: Drink 4 glasses of water a day.

3: Get at least 3 servings of low fat dairy a day.

2: Don't spend more than 2 hours sitting in front of the computer or TV.

1: Try to get an hour of physical activity a day.

Take small steps and try to work this message into your daily routine and enjoy a healthy body and life.
