Cucumber Martini
31/2 ounces cucumber vodka, such as Crop
1 ounce cucumber, peeled
2 cheese-stuffed olives, for garnish
Cucumber peel, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber with cucumber vodka. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with olives and cucumber peel.
Serves one.
