Benefit for Warrenville family
A benefit is being held for the Bathje family of Warrenville starting at 7 p.m. Feb. 7 at the Omega Restaurant, 4S40 Route 59, Warrenville. The event is in memory of their 13-year-old son, Wesley, who died on Jan. 2. The costs associated with Wesley's funeral services have put a financial strain on the family, organizers said. The benefit will consist of live music, appetizers and a cash bar. There will be a donation at the door of $10 per person and $2 per child age 10 and younger. There will also be a raffle and tickets cost $2. All donations will go to the Bathje family.
