Benet 57, Oak Forest 47: Nikki Bell poured in 22 points for the Redwings at the opening game of the Benet/Naperville Central Tip-Off Tournament in Lisle. Danielle Canulli added 11 points for Benet (2-0), who jumped out to a 22-13 lead after one quarter.

Immaculate Conception 57, Somonauk 33: The Knights (4-0) roared out to a 30-17 halftime lead and never looked back in capturing the Somonauk Thanksgiving Tournament championship. Taylor Reaber scored 13 points and Erin Dunne 10 for Immaculate Conception.

Prospect 42, West Chicago 32: Claire Monroe and Jessica Baids each scored 8 points for the Wildcats (1-1) in their opening game at the Lyons Twp. Thanksgiving Tournament.

Timothy Christian 54, Rockford Jefferson 46: The Trojans (2-0) advanced to the championship of the IMSA Tournament in a game featuring a combined 63 free throws. Cassidy Block had 10 points and 13 rebounds, Amanda Dykema 14 points and 8 rebounds and Kari LeGrand pulled down 14 boards for Timothy Christian.
