Southern Coleslaw

6-7 cups cabbage, chopped very finely cup shredded carrot cup mayonnaise1frac14; tablespoons white vinegar1frac14; tablespoons lemon juicefrac12; cup milkfrac12; cup sugarfrac12; teaspoon saltfrac14; teaspoon white pepper

In a large bowl, toss together cabbage and carrots.With a whisk or electric mixer, combine mayonnaise, white vinegar, lemon juice, milk, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir dressing into cabbage mixture until all ingredients are well coated. Refrigerate overnight.Serves 18 to 24.
