Register now for Lake in the Hills Triathlon
Sign up now for the Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation's annual Lake in the Hills Triathlon on Sunday, June 18.
This local event is great for beginners and elite athletes.
It will begin at 6:30 a.m. at Ken Carpenter Park, Miller and Randall roads.
The course consists of a half-mile mile swim in Woods Creek Lake, 15.5-mile bike and a 4-mile run with rolling hills for a total distance of 20 miles. The elite wave starts at 6:30 a.m., followed by a time-trial start at 6:35 a.m.

It is limited to the first 400 registrants. Registration is $70.
