<b>Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies</b>
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon finely shredded orange peel
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup coarsely chopped cranberries
10 ounces white chocolate chips
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cooking sheets. Beat butter in large mixing bowl on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat in eggs and vanilla; add flour and orange peel, beat well.With a spoon stir in oats, raisins, cranberries and white chocolate chips.Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Lightly flatten cookies with bottom of a glass. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are light brown.
