Barrington CROP Walk raises $66,000

The 2007 Barrington Area CROP Hunger Walk Committee presented checks to local agencies from funds raised in the walk last fall. The total raised was $66,397.85 with 25 percent or ˆ­- for local hunger needs.

The 2008 walk will be held Oct. 19. The fundraiser walk will begin and end at Lutheran Church of the Atonement in Barrington.
