CLS gets past Bartlett in opener

Chelsea Sirovatka had 26 assists, 5 kills and 5 digs and Caitlin Schumacher added 6 kills and 5 digs as Crystal Lake South downed Bartlett 25-23, 25-20 Thursday night in a nonconference girls volleyball matchup. Carly Sahagian had 15 kills and 3 digs for the Hawks and Alyssa Cazzato dished out 22 assists.

Huntley d. Rosary: The Red Raiders (1-1) picked up their first victory of the season taking this nonconference match from Rosary 25-15, 25-17 at home. Ashley Smith paced the attack with 12 kills while Amy Dion led Huntley defensively with 13 digs.
