Milk Chocolate Chai

3 tablespoons chai tea 1 cup water 1 cups whole milk 2 ounces milk chocolate, gratedPut the tea in a small heat-proof bowl. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan and pour it over the tea; steep for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain the tea through a sieve lined with cheesecloth, pushing down on the leaves with the back of a spoon. Pour the tea into a 1-quart clear vessel.Bring the milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the hot milk to the tea and then add the grated chocolate.
