Italian Roast Beef Wraps
2 large flour tortillas6-8 slices roast beef2 slices Provolone cheese, cut in half1 cup shredded lettuce1 medium tomato, chopped1/4 medium red or yellow onion, thinly sliced2-3 tablespoons Italian salad dressingPlace tortillas on microwave-safe plates. Divide roast beef evenly and lay over each tortilla. Lay cheese halves from top to bottom in the center of each tortilla. Microwave each tortilla 45-55 seconds, or until cheese melts.Divide lettuce, tomato, and onion evenly over melted cheese. Drizzle dressing over top.
