Irving Park HVAC company takes concept of housewarming to new level
Local heating, ventilating and air conditioning company Guardian Heating and Cooling Services recently installed a high efficiency Carrier furnace, free of charge to lucky Portage Park residents Michael Kessler and Violeta Espinosa.
Michael and Violeta won the free furnace by participating in the ChicagoFAD.com "Heat and a Suite" sweepstakes, which not only awarded 5 Chicagoland homeowners a high-quality Carrier furnace, they also enjoyed a Chicago Blackhawks game in a private suite at the United Center. ChicagoFAD.com sweetened the suite experience with food and drinks, parking passes and a visit from Blackhawks legend, Chris Chelios!

Guardian Heating & Cooling Service President Jasper Pitrello arrived to meet Michael and Violeta with a basket of housewarming gifts: coffee, hot chocolate, cookies and other goodies from local Chicagoland shops and vendors. But the real housewarming gift was the new, top-of-the-line, high-efficiency furnace.

The Heat and a Suite sweepstakes ran from October - December 15, 2022, and winners were announced on WGN's HouseSmarts® with Lou Manfredini. A total of 5 furnaces were awarded to lucky listeners in the greater Chicagoland area.
