Benedictine University's 'Journeys in Leadership' series to feature Scott Seiver of Tenacious D

Scott Seiver, a Los Angeles based composer, producer, engineer, multi-instrumentalist and touring musician will be the next featured guest in Benedictine University's "Journeys in Leadership" speaker series on Wednesday, Oct. 12.

The virtual program will be from 7 to 9 p.m. It is open to the public via Zoom. To register, visit bit.ly/3UZ6mQV.

Seiver is currently a touring and recording member of Tenacious D, an American comedy rock group formed in 1994 by actors Jack Black and Kyle Gass. Seiver will discuss his life experiences and provide guidance and direction relative to his professional development.

"Scott Seiver's career path might not be considered traditional, but he has enjoyed extraordinary success in his chosen field and along the way has garnered life and occupational lessons worth sharing," said Phillip Hardy, professor of political science at Benedictine University. "We're looking forward to a thoughtful and very entertaining evening."
