Glenbard Parent Series to address stress, anxiety among teens Sept. 23

On Thursday, Sept. 23, the Glenbard Parent Series: Navigating Healthy Families will present "Under Pressure: Confronting the Epidemic of Stress and Anxiety in Our Teens" with Lisa Damour at noon via Zoom. Damour returns to the Glenbard Parent Series to examine the science of stress and anxiety and offer practical tools to best manage emotional overload. Her insights offer an approach that allows individuals to keep pressure manageable during difficult times.

Damour is the author of the award-winning New York Times bestseller "Untangled: Guiding Teenage Girls Through the Seven Transitions into Adulthood" and "Under Pressure: Confronting the Epidemic of Stress and Anxiety in Girls."

This webinar is being presented in concurrence with National Suicide Awareness Month. Continuing professional development units are available.
