Golf in the dark to benefit Bartlett Parks Foundation

Experience the fun of night golf, all for a good cause.

The Bartlett Parks Foundation's Twilight Golf Outing starts with check-in at 6 p.m. at the Schrade Gym, 694 Stearns Road, followed by dinner at 6:15 p.m., nine holes of twilight golf on Apple Orchard Golf Course, 692 W. Stearns Road, at 7 p.m., followed by award presentations and raffles.

Fee includes dinner, adult beverage tickets, glow-in-the -dark golf ball and necklace, nine holes of golf and a gift. Golfers need to bring clubs, small flashlight and insect spray.

Register alone and the park district will place you in a group, or sign up as a foursome. You will be playing "best ball" during this outing. For safety reasons only participants are allowed on the course.

This event, open to ages 21 and older, costs $60 per person/$225 foursome. Proceeds will benefit the Bartlett Parks Foundation.

The Bartlett Parks Foundation is a 501(C) 3 organization that supports the Bartlett Park District. Current projects include the completion of the Free To Be Me Inclusive Playground in Bartlett Park.
