Hand2mind Partners With Donorschoose To Fund Teacher Projects Up To $300,000 For In-Person And Distance Learning
(VERNON HILLS, IL) September 1, 2020 - Hand2mind, an award-winning educational resource company, today announced the continuation of a partnership with DonorsChoose.org to aid and fund teacher requests nationwide as a means to support classroom teachers and their students. The company has committed to matching the generous donations used to fund educator projects on DonorsChoose.org with up to $100,000 each for its Daily Math Fluency Kits, NumberLine Clock Classroom Kit, and VersaTiles® Math and Literacy Classroom Kits-matching a grand total of $300,000 in value.
hand2mind first partnered with DonorsChoose in 2018 and is partnering with the organization once again as their research proves that these types of projects have a positive effect on schools even if they are small and low cost. The educational resources provided are specifically identified and used by teachers to improve student learning. Each of hand2mind's classroom solutions matched in the program will allow teachers to better engage students in math and literacy concepts at school or at home.
