St. Patrick's Celebration specials at Prairie Grass Cafe in Northbrook March 15-17

Join Prairie Grass Cafe (601 N. Skokie Blvd. in Northbrook, IL (847-205-4433) for a delicious St. Patrick's celebration, Sunday, March 15 - Tuesday, March 17.

If you're stopping in on Sunday, March 15 for brunch, you can enjoy a special St. Patrick's Corned Beef Hash topped with a poached egg and served with sautéed potatoes and all natural (no food coloring) green Hollandaise sauce ($16.50). The full brunch menu is also available.

Chef/Owners Sarah Stegner and George Bumbaris will be offering a delicious special dip for the holiday: Sauerkraut, Shredded Corned Beef, homemade Thousand Island dressing and Swiss cheese, served in a crock with rye toast crostini ($12.50) on Monday, March 16 at both lunch and dinner.

St. Patrick Day, Tuesday, March 17, enjoy their traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner accompanied by a slice of homemade Irish soda bread ($24.50).

Make it a true St. Paddy's Day feast and wash your meal down with a glass or two of Guinness ($6.50) or enjoy a special cocktail, Irish Eyes are Smiling, Jameson, Bailey's and local cream ($13).

The regular menu also will be available.

For those choosing to stay home and celebrate, Prairie Grass Cafe is offering curbside pickup for takeout orders. Just call in your order at (847) 205-4433 and buzz them when you arrive, they will bring the order out to your car.
