Northbrook, Illinois resident Howard J. Wise, 51, has announced his candidacy for the March 17, 2020 Democratic Primary for Cook County Circuit Court Judge for the 12th Judicial Subcircuit.
Wise started his 22+ year legal career in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office.
