Eat local at Farm to Fork Festival!

Join Schaumburg Park District for a celebration of fresh, seasonal and regional foods!

Farm to Fork Festival is set for 5 to 8 p.m., Aug. 14 at Heritage Farm, 201 S. Plum Grove Road. This event will feature some of the area's top chefs preparing and serving dishes derived from local fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses. Locally made beers and wines will be available as well.

"Heritage Farm's beautiful scenery is a perfect setting to experience local foods and drinks on a summer night," said Patty Kennedy, farm program supervisor. "We cannot wait for our guests to try our seasonal favorites!"

This event is for ages 21 and older. Cost is $32 per person. Registration deadline is Aug. 9.
