Chicago Northwest Suburban Alumnae Panhellenic Awards Scholarships, April 25th at The Cotillion, Palatine, IL

Each year, the Chicago Northwest Suburban Alumnae Panhellenic provides $500 scholarships for previous applicants and winners of the high school scholarships from the last two years. These applicants and winners must be a member of good standing whether in a sorority or not to be eligible.

The scholarships were awarded April 25, at The Cotillion in Palatine.

The seven collegiate scholarships were awarded to: Rachel Gerlach - Alpha Phi; Natalie Pfister - Alpha Omicron Pi; Catie Demaret - Pi Beta Phi; Becca Kendeigh - Delta Gamma; Mellissa Mauer - Delta Gamma; Hannah Mickey - Alpha Delta Pi; and Jennifer Rice - Kappa Delta.

The 2018 Athena Award which recognizes sorority women who have demonstrated excellence in leadership through their profession, community, and cultural involvement was awarded to Linda Harris, a member of Sigma Kappa.

The 2018 Chicago Northwest Suburban Alumnae Panhellenic Panhellenic Outstanding Alumnae was Mary Kate Lobough, president and a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma

The 2018 Outstanding Alumnae from each sorority were: AlphaDelta Pi, Liz Bernardi; Alpha Gamma Delta, Jordyn David; Alpha Omicron Pi, Pat Juza; Alpha Phi, Barbara Illian; Alpha Sigma Alpha, Nancy Reese; Alpha Zi Delta, Michelle Marchand; Delta Gamma, Ann Ross; Gamma Phi Beta, Betsy Glenn; Kappa Delta, Leah Kahoun; Kappa Kappa Gamma, Darcy Bowe; Pi Beta Phi, Lisa Richards; Sigma Kappa, Lauren Blanchette; Sigma Sigma Sigma, Nancy McGowan; and Zeta Tau Alpha, Linda Kresca, M.D.
