Realty Metrix Commercial completes a new 5-year lease with the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois

Realty Metrix Commercial completes a new five-year lease with the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois at Stony Creek/Jewel-Osco Shopping Center located at 353 Randall Road in South Elgin.

Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois will be occupying the former 4,500-square-foot Hallmark space next to Jewel. The new location will be used as a Girl Scouts retail store and related office and meeting space.

The interior has been designed pro bono by FGM Architects in Oak Brook and Extreme Remodeling in Elgin will be the project's general contractor. Construction should be completed in May 2018.

Linda Kost and Dave Schmidt from Realty Metrix Commercial represented the landlord, Stony Creek LAD LLC and the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois in the lease transaction. Kost and Schmidt completed a second lease for the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois for a new Lake Zurich location earlier this month.
