Rotary Club to host first Algonquin Harvest Market

The Rotary Club of Algonquin invites the community to its first Algonquin Harvest Market from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30, at Riverfront Park, 201 N. Harrison St. in Algonquin. Admission is free. It will be held rain or shine.

It will feature a wide variety of vendors including farm fresh produce and crafts.

​There will be food, entertainment, giveaways and more.

It is a family friendly event with face painting, games, temporary tattoos, balloon animals and jugglers from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Formed in 1992, the Algonquin Rotary Club is part of Rotary International with approximately 1.2 million members belonging to more than 32,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas. The club meets at 7:30 a.m. Wednesdays at Port Edwards in Algonquin.
