Open-Faced Ham & Swiss with Honey Mustard
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
2-3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 pound Krakus ham shaved
Ciabatta sandwich rolls
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
A dash of cayenne
pepper to taste
Add brown sugar, orange juice and mustard to large skillet, let sugar melt and allow to thicken. Add ham and turn as it begins to brown. Make four piles of ham and top with Swiss cheese. Cover to melt cheese. Butter ciabatta rolls and place under broiler to toast, remove from oven, add honey mustard to rolls top each half with ham and swiss. Serve open-faced.
