Mini Meatballs with a Twist

1 pound ground sirloin

1 teaspoon kosher salt

¼ teaspoons white pepper

3 tablespoons almond butter

2 tablespoons finely chopped red Twizzlers

Honey for dipping

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients, except for honey (with hands works best). Form into ¾-inch balls and place on a prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 13-14 minutes.

Serve with your favorite honey as a dipping sauce.

Makes about 30 meatballs.
