Zengeler Cleaners Celebrates 2nd Anniversary At Long Grove Location
Long Grove, IL, May 28, 2013: Zengeler Cleaners, the Midwest's oldest and largest dry cleaner, is celebrating the 2nd anniversary of the company's Long Grove location. The family-owned cleaner expanded to the historic Village of Long Grove, opening its state-of-the art facility on May 18, 2011. The store, located at the intersection of Aptakisic Road and Route 83, is managed by Cathleen Hayes, who has more than 20-years experience in the cleaning industry.
Zengeler's Long Grove store features several amenities that make it very unique. For example, customers can take advantage of 24-hours drop-off and pick-up service – a feature that's extremely well-received by customers. This cutting edge service uses new-age technology that automates the handling, sorting, bagging and invoicing of each order. Customers can enroll in the service simply by leaving a credit card on-file at the store to take advantage of the 24x7 option. The Long Grove store also feature longer store hours, attended drive-through service during business hours and expanded route service to accommodate customers with long commutes to and from work.
Another reason for the success of the store is Zengeler Cleaners' respect for the environment. Zengeler Cleaners uses only natural solvents in its cleaning process – and the solvents used are all recaptured and recycled, in the tightest, most carefully controlled systems in the industry.
