Wyndemere hosts Community Wellness Conference Sept. 25

On Tuesday, Sept. 25, from 10:15-11:45 a.m., the public is invited to a first-of-its-kind Wyndemere Community Wellness Conference, focusing on the eight dimensions of wellness that enable individuals to enjoy life with optimism and confidence as they age.

Speakers include: keynote speaker Donna Copeland Hill, Community Liaison for DuPage County, Agency on Aging for Northeastern Illinois; Ruth Reyna, National Institute for Fitness and Sports and manager of Wyndemere's Fitness Center; Chaplain Diane Herman; Beth Grigg, RN, senior health resource nurse, Wyndemere; and Kelly Berger, program director, Wyndemere.
