CL South 2, Prairie Ridge 0: Zack Geib (7-2) tossed a 3-hitter with 6 strikeouts and 3 walks as the Gators (19-7, 10-2) won in the Fox Valley Conference Valley Division. Tyler Salm was 2-for-3 for Crystal Lake South, while Will Ahsmann was 2-for-2 and Dom Winiecki drove in a run.

Burlington Central 4, Harvard 3: Blake Alexander had a double and Bryan Cynova was 2-for-3 as the Rockets held off Harvard in the Big Northern East. Riley Jensen (6-0) got the win for BC (18-6, 6-0), allowing 6 hits with 12 strikeouts and 2 walks in a complete-game effort.

Geneva 3, Elgin 2: Kiko Mari was the tough-luck loser for the Maroons 7-16, 3-13) in this Upstate Eight River loss. Alex Doty started for Elgin.

Cary-Grove 2, McHenry 1: Zach Marszal threw a 1-hitter with 4 strikeouts and 1 walk as Cary-Grove (17-7, 11-1) prevailed in the FVC Valley. Daniel Vilardo was 2-for-3 with an RBI for the Trojans, as was Dylan McDonough.
