St. Edward 2, Lisle 0: Chelsea Gannon and Monica Ramirez scored goals for St. Edward (2-1) in this nonconference win. Paige Gannon had 5 saves in goal for the Green Wave.

Elk Grove 7, Dundee-Crown 0: Denise Maldonado made 15 saves in goal for the Chargers in their season-opening loss.

St. Viator 3, Jacobs 1: Margaret Rivera scored the Golden Eagles’ only goal in this nonconference game. Alyssa Koeppler had 2 saves in goal for Jacobs.

Immaculate Conception 4, Westminster Christian 1: Kelsey Richardson had the lone goal for the Warriors in their season-opening loss. Savannah Dutcher had 8 saves in goal for Westminster.

Elgin Academy 6, Morgan Park Academy 1: Ashley Barnes had a hat trick as the Hilltoppers (1-1) won their home opener on Thursday. Annabelle Heisley, Bea Oglesby and Lauren Farbota each scored goals as well.
